Terms of Service

The service

Laabam AI is a multilingual AI assistant operated by LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, India. Using the website or the mobile app means you accept these terms.

Your account

You need an account to keep your chat history, and you must give a real email address and keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time, which removes your chats and files for good.

What the answers are worth

Answers are generated by a language model. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and they are not professional advice. Check anything that matters — in particular medical, legal, financial and safety questions — before acting on it. You decide what to do with an answer, and you carry the consequences of that decision.

How you may use it

You agree not to use Laabam AI to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• produce content that sexualises children, incites violence or hatred, or harasses a person;
• build weapons, malware, or anything designed to cause physical or digital harm;
• impersonate someone, or pass generated content off as human-written where that misleads;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service, or work around rate limits and usage allowances;
• upload anything you do not have the right to upload.

We may suspend an account that does these things, usually after a warning, and immediately where there is a risk to someone.

Your content

What you type and upload stays yours. You give us the permission needed to run the service: to store it, send it to the model to produce an answer, and show it back to you. We do not use it to train our models unless you tell us we may. Answers are yours to use, and because a model can produce similar text for different people, we cannot promise an answer is unique to you.

Availability and cost

The service is free today. Paid plans are not live, and if that changes we will say so before charging anyone. We do not promise uninterrupted service: it can be slow, down for maintenance, or changed. Features can be added or removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
