Who we are
Laabam AI is a service of LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, India. For anything in this policy, write to support@laabam.ai.
What we collect
- Your account. Email address, and the name and profile picture Google gives us if you sign in with Google.
- Your chats. The messages you send, the answers you get, which model answered, how many tokens it used and how long it took, plus any projects you create.
- Files you attach. Stored in a private folder that only your account can read.
- Technical data. Your IP address and request timing, used to apply rate limits and stop abuse, and the timezone and language your browser reports so answers can use your local date and place.
Signed out, we keep a counter in a cookie so the free message allowance works. It holds a number, not your messages.
Where your messages go
- The model. Laabam Agni runs on GPU servers we rent and control. Your messages are sent there to produce an answer. They are not used to train our models unless you tell us we may.
- Web search. When a question needs current information, the system searches the web. Your question is sent as the search query to Brave Search, and where Brave is unavailable to DuckDuckGo or Google News, and the pages found are fetched and read. Avoid putting anything confidential in a question that needs a web search.
- Pages you link. If you paste a URL, we fetch that page so the model can read it.
Where it is stored
Accounts, chats and files are held in Supabase, in their Tokyo (ap-northeast-1) region, with row-level security so one account cannot read another's rows. The website runs on Vercel, whose servers also process requests in the United States. Both are processors acting for us.
How long we keep it
Chats stay until you delete them or delete your account. Attachment links in a message expire after an hour, though the file itself remains until deleted. Rate-limit records are short-lived.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual chats at any time. Deleting your account removes the account, every chat and message in it, your projects and every file you uploaded. It cannot be undone. In the mobile app this is under Account; on the web, or if you would rather we did it, write to support@laabam.ai from your account's email address.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not show advertising. We do not share your chats with anyone except the processors named above, and where the law requires it.
Children
Laabam AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how data is handled, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
